Delivery Estimate Policy

Your product is special and we make it from scratch just for you. Our designers and craftsmen review every detail in your order and take pride in making a unique product for you, so please allow up to 7 days to complete your unique one-of-a-kind design Proof. Each design is created one at a time and crafted by an experienced artist. We work hard to make sure your product is delivered to you on time. In a case where the product is delivered after our delivery policy, the customer will be rewarded with points from our loyalty member program which they can redeem at checkout.

Delivery For Products

We cannot produce a customized product without having a design for it first. After your design is finalized please allow 3-5 Business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number your item is quoted by the carrier, taking 3-10 business for USA delivery, and for other countries may take up to 20 business days depending on your location. Thank you for your time and patience! We work hard to make sure your product is delivered to you on time; in a case where the product is delivered after our delivery policy, the customer will be rewarded with points from our loyalty member program which they can redeem at checkout.

 

 This means Products may take up to 17 days* to arrive for purchases made in the USA and 27 Days* for purchases made in other countries.

 

Proof of Design Policy

Before your order is complete we will send proof to review. If you need any modifications made, you will receive a one-time request for a modification. just let us know within 24 hours of us sending you the proof with your requested changes. We’ll make the change for you.

Disclaimers

Please note that modifications do not mean a full redesign or a different type of style change. We will modify small details that you will like to change.

This order may incur customs fees depending on your country and the product you purchased.

Refund Policy 

We are a made-to-order business, which means as soon as you place your order, we will get to work producing it for you. For that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged goods. We also do not accept buyer's remorse. In case of damaged goods, you will have the option of either receiving a refund or receiving a replacement. Note if you receive a replacement the delivery process will start all over again.  

 

Refund Policy: Claims for Products

You have 48 hours after receiving your package to make a claim regarding your damaged goods. After 48 hours, your claim cannot be claimed unless in extraordinary circumstances. Please email us at pettzestudio@gmail.com to file a claim.

Extraordinary Circumstances

Extraordinary Circumstances are reviewed indivisibly and are not subject to a specific reason, once filing a claim we will review your reasoning and decide if your extraordinary reasoning is approved. Please allow 48 hours after filling out a claim for a response.

Pettze Studio has the right to all the services and products provided by Pettze studio. We can promote, publish, and use all our products as we see fit.  This includes the services and products purchased by customers.

Even if you purchase a "Digital File" or "Digital Download" add-on, Pettze Studio still retains full rights to the final product. The purchaser can only use the product/design for personal use and cannot dispute, sell, or reproduce the design for financial gain.
